RexMont Real Estate (“RexMont,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of this website to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent identified below.

Listing content and MLS GRID / NWMLS data

Listing content displayed on this website (including but not limited to property descriptions, photographs, listing details, and listing agent and brokerage attributions) is provided through MLS GRID, sourced from the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) and its participating brokerages. Such content is the copyrighted property of the contributing brokerages, photographers, and/or the Northwest Multiple Listing Service, and is licensed to RexMont Real Estate for display under the Internet Data Exchange (IDX) program.

If you are a copyright owner (or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one) and you believe that material accessible on or from this website infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our designated copyright agent with the information described below in writing.

Filing a DMCA notice of infringement

To be effective under the DMCA, your notice of infringement must include substantially the following:

Counter-notification

If material that you posted to this website has been removed or access to it has been disabled in response to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated copyright agent that includes the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), including: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled; (3) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; and (4) your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which you are located (or, if outside the United States, the Western District of Washington), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.

Repeat infringer policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, RexMont has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

False claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Do not make false claims.
