Who we serve

What that means in practice

• We do not steer clients toward or away from neighborhoods based on protected characteristics — only based on their stated preferences, budget, and search criteria.
• We do not use, accept, or endorse discriminatory preferences in listing instructions, showing schedules, or offer evaluation.
• We make our services, written materials, and digital experience accessible to clients with disabilities, and will accommodate reasonable requests on request.
• We hold every agent and staff member at RexMont to this standard as a condition of working here.
