Fair Housing
Our Fair Housing pledge.
RexMont Real Estate is committed to providing equal professional service to every person we represent. We comply with the federal Fair Housing Act, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, the Washington State Law Against Discrimination, and all related state and local fair housing laws.
Who we serve
We represent every client — buyer, seller, tenant, landlord, or investor — without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, ancestry, military or veteran status, source of income, citizenship or immigration status, or any other class protected by federal, state, or local law.
What that means in practice
- We do not steer clients toward or away from neighborhoods based on protected characteristics — only based on their stated preferences, budget, and search criteria.
- We do not use, accept, or endorse discriminatory preferences in listing instructions, showing schedules, or offer evaluation.
- We make our services, written materials, and digital experience accessible to clients with disabilities, and will accommodate reasonable requests on request.
- We hold every agent and staff member at RexMont to this standard as a condition of working here.
