1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to RexMont Real Estate (“RexMont,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and RexMont concerning your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and real estate services (collectively, the “Services”). Our headquarters is located at 11201 SE 8th St, Ste 152, Bellevue, WA 98004.

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Services and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Sites (collectively, the “Content”) are owned or controlled by RexMont and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited license to access the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. User Representations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to comply with these Terms.
• You are at least 18 years old.
• You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. Prohibited activity includes:

• Systematically retrieving data (scraping) to create or compile a collection or database without written permission.
• Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security-related features.
• Engaging in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Services.
• Using automated scripts, spiders, or robots to harvest data.

5. Real Estate Service Limitations

RexMont provides real estate information and brokerage services. While we strive for accuracy, information provided through our Services (including property listings, valuations, and school data) is for informational purposes and is not guaranteed.

6. Dispute Resolution (Binding Arbitration)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute or claim arising out of your use of RexMont Services will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration rather than in court. You waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit. Arbitration shall be conducted in King County, Washington, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will RexMont or its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
