Up to $30,000 in deferred-payment second-mortgage assistance for income-qualified buyers purchasing in ARCH member jurisdictions. The second mortgage is repaid only when you sell, refinance, or stop using the home as your primary residence.
Seattle only
Down-payment and closing-cost help for first-time buyers purchasing in the City of Seattle. Funding is administered through partner nonprofits like HomeSight; income limits and homebuyer-education requirements apply.

USDA-designated rural areas
Zero-down financing for income-qualified buyers in USDA-designated rural areas. Eastside coverage is limited — eligibility is tied to the specific property's address. Check the USDA eligibility map before making an offer.
