For Buyer-Ready Clients

RexMont Early-Access Listings

The insider's path to Washington's unlisted inventory.

In a high-velocity market like the Pacific Northwest, the best homes often have an offer on the table before the For Sale sign even hits the lawn. RexMont bridges that gap. Our Early-Access program grants Buyer-Ready clients a front-row seat to our office-exclusive inventory and pre-market opportunities across Washington State.

The Strategic Advantage

The RexMont 5-Step Pipeline.

We strictly adhere to Washington MLS guidelines while maximizing the quiet phase of a listing. Here is how we get you in front of a home before the rest of the market knows it's for sale.

  1. 01

Step 01: The Private Authorization (Office Exclusive)

Pre-Market Showings — RexMont clients only

The moment a RexMont Listing Agent signs an exclusive agreement with a seller, the property enters our internal Vault. During this period, the seller may request that the home not be marketed to the general public.

The benefit: We share these properties internally within the RexMont team. RexMont Buyer-Ready clients are the first to hear about it.

  2. 02

    Step 02: The Preparation Phase

    Pre-Market Showings Available

As the seller prepares the home for the PNW market — staging, minor repairs, landscaping — the property remains off-market.

The benefit: With seller approval, we coordinate private tours for RexMont clients while the rest of the market is still waiting for the listing to go live.

  3. 03

    Step 03: The Professional Capture

    Final Pre-Market Showing Window

The property is photographed and the RexMont marketing machine begins to build momentum. At this stage, signs and lockboxes are typically installed.

The transition: Once a Coming Soon sign is physically placed on a Washington property, MLS rules dictate that pre-market showings must pause to ensure fairness to the broader market.

  4. 04

Step 04: The "Coming Soon" Launch

    Marketing Only — Showings Paused

The home becomes visible across many platforms as Coming Soon. Per Washington State MLS rules, we market the property across every channel to build massive demand — but no showings are permitted by any agent.

The transition: Because you saw the home in Step 1 or 2, you already have your financing and offer strategy ready while other buyers are just seeing the first photos online.

  5. 05

Step 05: The Public Market Go-Live

    Showings Available to General Public

The property goes Active on the MLS and becomes available to the general public and national search portals.

The transition: While the public is just scheduling their first tour, RexMont clients are often already submitting Buyer-Ready offers.

Why this matters in the PNW

Low inventory. High demand. Quiet inventory wins.

The Washington real estate landscape is defined by low inventory and high demand. By the time a home hits a national portal, you are competing with dozens of other offers. Early-Access is built to put you in front of the home before that competition starts.

  • First-mover advantage

See the layout and finishings before the Coming Soon clock starts.

  • Less competition

Negotiate in a private environment — before the open-house crowds arrive.

  • Strategic peace of mind

Move at the speed of RexMont, not the speed of the internet.
